The journey with lupus has its ups and downs, and sometimes, the most powerful medicine is knowing you are not alone. It’s about finding that connection with others who just get it—the fatigue, the brain fog, the triumphs, and the challenges. That's why we are so proud to offer The Warrior Circle, a free, live, monthly group coaching session hosted by fellow lupus warrior, Coach Sandria. This is your dedicated time to connect, share, and find strength in community. What is The Warrior Circle? This is more than just a meeting; it’s a safe, supportive, and uplifting virtual space where we come together to share our experiences, learn from one another, and empower each other on our health journeys. Each month, Coach Sandria will guide the group through a new theme relevant to living well with lupus—from managing fatigue and practicing self-advocacy to navigating emotional hurdles and finding joy amidst the challenges. Why You Should Join: Connect with Your Community: Share your story and listen to others who truly understand what you're going through. Find comfort and validation in a judgment-free zone. Gain Practical Tools: Learn new coping strategies and practical tips from both Coach Sandria and your fellow warriors to help you navigate your daily life. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy We are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional service and dedicated time. To ensure we can accommodate everyone and prepare effectively for your appointment, please review our booking and cancellation policy. Booking Your Appointment To ensure we can provide the best possible preparation for your scheduled time, we require all appointments to be booked at least five (5) days in advance. Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice** before your scheduled start time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another individual in our community who may be waiting for an opening. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in the forfeiture of the full appointment fee. How to Cancel or Modify Your Appointment You can cancel or change your appointment in two ways: 1. Via Confirmation Email (Recommended):** The easiest way to manage your booking is to use the "Cancel" or "Modify Appointment" link found in your original appointment confirmation email. 2. Via Email: Send your cancellation request to Business@lupusisreal.com. Please include your full name and the date and time of your scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. It helps us ensure we can provide dedicated and consistent support to our entire community. Thank you!
